• Since 2007 May working as a Supervisor at Dubai Municipality's Warsan Waste Water Treatment Plant (Govt of Dubai) .This WWTP consists of Sludge Thermal drying Unit (Bio Fertilizer Unit), Hot gas generator,Chlorination ,Dewatering centrifuges, Digesters, Hot water boilers ,Waste gas Burners, Inert Gas generators ,Analyzers (pH,O2.CO.H2S.CL2 ,Dissolved O2) etc. The whole plant is controlled by DCS (YOKAGAWA).During this period i actively involved coordinated, supervised and evaluated work of subordinates and reallocated staff and resources to meet performance requirements.
• Established and maintained filing systems, retrieved data and prepared management reports.,issuing work orders, doing resources transactions etc are included
• Assessed problems and conflicts and resolved independently.
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.

• Since 2004 September working as Senior E&I Technician (in Operation & Maintenance Project of Abu Dhabi Municipality Irrigation Network. This Irrigation Project is operated through SCADA with Telemetry Communication system. The entire irrigation network consists of more than 50 pumping stations with closed loop control with VFDs as the final control element. As the Electrical & Instrumentation is combined in this project, I have direct involvement in Electrical maintenance jobs as well as I do in Instrumentation. Job responsibilities include Hand over inspection, Station trial-test operations, Snag preparation, Verification of completed snags in the field, Corrective and preventive maintenance jobs of MCC Panels, Electrical drives, PLC - RTU Panels and Field instrumets'etc.

From Aug 2001 to Aug 2004 worked as a Senior E&I Technician for the project AL MASARAT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM. This project includes WELL FIELDS ,12nos PUMPING STATIONS 4 nos. DG SET STATION, CHLORINATION AND FLOURIDATION systems. The whole system is controlled by SCADA.

NATURE OF WORK

Installation, Cabling, and Termination of MCC Panel, DG set, RTU Panel, FIRE ALARM PANEL, and CHLORINATION AND FLOURIDATION CONTROL PANEL.

Operation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Condition Monitoring of Machineries,

Erection and commissioning of Switch Gears, Power Transformers,

Maintenance of Control panels and RTU Panel.

• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.
• Managed maintenance activities, supervised staff, and inspected equipment.

• Worked AARKAY Instruments PVT LTD .MUMBAI - From March 1991 to Aug 2001as a foreman for Various projects including ONGC, BHEL, BPCL and HPCL Mumbai
