  • 3.well aware of using the field service management software for accurate GPS location of the service engineer and closing the tickets within SLA in the ticketing software

  • 9.examine the logs of the payment kiosks and discovering the errors occurred in the machine and escalate to L2 support department
  • 10.adding the newly installed machines in to the domains
  • 11.installing firmware,drivers for all devices in the machine and testing its functionalities working fine
  • 12.provide training for the customer about the usage of various services from the kiosk
  • 13.Coordinate with mall managements,security control rooms,clients regarding work permit arrangement for shifting and installations of the machines
  • 14.complete the issues and task assigned by the operations team within the SLAs and closing the ticket in Smart operation management SOM software
  • 15.observe the emails from operations teams and clients in a regular time and take quick action regarding routine checking,no transaction machines to resolve the issues
  • 16.arrange the cabling inside the machine in organized manner using cable ties&spirals to look professional inside the machine
  • 17.monthly routine checks for all machine in the region
  • 18.replacing the 12v ,24v power supplies as per the requirement
  • 19.troubleshoot,replace,repair hardware components as per issues raised by the clients and close the issues within the SLAs
