As the project manager I am involved from the first discussion with the client to understand what it is they want to achieve. I work hand in hand with the clients, developers and designers to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget, identifying any risks and how to mitigate them.

As a product manager I work closely with the client understanding the functionality and purpose of the product and am fully involved in the ideation and conceptualization of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Attending all meetings with clients and team members updating and receiving updates of progress.
• Create project plans, including timelines, resources and budget.
• Managing the development and designer teams to stay within budget, scope and timeline.
• Liaise with the clients and partners involved in the project to ensure all parties are happy and satisfied with the level of work
• Managing the scope to ensure the timelines of the projects are met.
• Managing and analyzing any project risks and proposing mitigation plans.
• Attending meetings to close projects and receive sign off from the client.
• Creating weekly reports on multiple project updates.

As the Project Manager I looked after all the projects from pre-sales to post sales ensuring the projects are completed in a timely and cost effective manner and ensuring all stakeholders are happy.

Responsibilities:

• Attending meetings with the pre-sales teams to gather information for potential upcoming projects.
• Create project plans using MS Project for POC's and Implementations.
• Attending POC kick-off meetings with the technical teams to present our POC project plan and agree on start dates and timelines.
• Managing the technical team's meetings, POC tasks and implementation tasks with the client stakeholders.
• Liaise with the clients and partners involved in the project to ensure all parties are happy and satisfied with the level of work
• Managing the scope to ensure the timelines of the projects are met.

• Setting up online meetings with GoTo Meetings and WebEx meetings app. Ensure they start on time and taking minutes of the meeting.
