· Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all kitchens through creation of purchase orders Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
· Preparation of material requisitions to the suppliers through preparation of LPO
· Prepare necessary reports as per management requirements e.g. Sales vs. purchase reports, wastage report, quarantine reports and inventory reports etc.
· Daily data entry in ERP system (Goods Receipt, Goods Returns, Delivery posting of Invoices)
· Inbound quality check of materials received and segregation of materials to expired /damaged / near expiry / good stocks
· Assist in loading and offloading of materials
· Coordinating with Purchase, Sales, Operations departments on daily basis to ensure standard operating procedures are followed
· Stock handling properly using warehouse equipment’s such as Stacker & pallet trolleys
· Converting Sales Order to Delivery in SAP after Getting LPO from Sales Coordinator and printinginvoices for delivery
· Maintain all additional reports (HACCP / Food Safety) in Manual worksheets/ ERP Software.
· Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.
· Run waves and do picking, put away, cycle count and dispatch
· Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
· Monitor and manage inventory control.
· Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
· Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
· Prepare orders by picking, Shipping system wise and doing quality check.
· Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
· Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting forreimbursements and record keeping
· Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirmproper stock levels and maintain inventory control
· Checking the supplies from time to time
· Record the number and the kinds of supplies.
· Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.
