I currently work as a Project Coordinator at Alshaya Enterprises, a leading distributor of commercial equipment and solutions in the Middle East region, where I support the company's vision of providing innovative and sustainable solutions to its customers. In my role, I use CRM and Excel extensively to prepare sales orders and quotations, as well as to analyze and present sales data and statistics. I also contact customers to arrange appointments, assure the availability and terms of sales of required goods, develop, and maintain filing systems, and prepare monthly sales reports for the management. I communicate and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
