• Residents who require assistance with one or more activities of daily living due to physical, intellectual, cognitive or medical disability
• Residents may be admitted for Long Term Care or Palliative Care who require ongoing skilled nursing care following an array of medical conditions such as:
• Cardiac Arrest
• Respiratory Failure
• Stroke
• Head injury, traumatic or non-traumatic such as encephalitis, tumour, or anoxic event
• Cervical Spinal Cord injury, traumatic

• To provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all patients by assessing care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating them
• Plan, organise and deploy staff according to ability and workload in order to meet patient needs
• Monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to maintain and improve them
• To respond to patients, relatives and carers concerns as they arise and take remedial action as required
• To assist in achieving A&E waiting time targets ensuring timely review/transfer/discharge of patients
