Company Overview: Handling various international brands outlets in all over UAE such as Starbucks, Debenhams, Cheese cake factory, including company warehouses, offices building and company own properties etc

• Organizing and summarizing working system, schedule manpower and activities
• Supervision of the all MEP & Civil works in stores
• Checking store drawing prior to work implementation
• Coordinating with MEP contractor and, catering equipment’s subcontractors
• Handling various MEP & kitchen equipment’s in the Stores & restaurants
• Handling all hard and soft facilities apart of IT related issues at stores
• Arranging the meeting with mall management and building land lord for the additional requirements and other related issues
• Handling utilities and Civil defense related requirement for the stores
• Handling fit out works and store refurbish if required in existing stores
• Handling Grease Traps, water Treatments, Kitchen equipment’s, Kitchen Duct cleaning, Hoods cleaning, Ecology units in all Food beverages stores in UAE
• Handling Service providers like Khansahib FM, Emrill, Culligan International, Epsco, Alshaya trading, Dynatron, BMTS, Uni-safe fire & safety, Zener, Enova FM, Imdaad in FM Operation
• Preparing following documents such as store Audit inspection and Equipment inspection report based on the monthly store visit
• Prepare the PPM Schedule for the FM Contractors
• Arranging the as built drawings and operation manuals from the Fit-out contractor for the FM Operation
• Implementing safety standards on site
• Conduct the meeting with mall operation managers, retail coordinators, engineers regarding various issues which are the part of the retail’s stores
• Tender preparation for the new projects like Fit out works and other refurb works part of the out lets
• Good relationship across UAE Mall managements
• Expert for handling Service providers in the project, Currently Khansaheb FM is our service provider almost 70 persons working under our contract
• Handling Various International Brands (Fashion& F&B) such as Debenhams, H&M, Top-Shop, Victoria secret, River island, Boots, Mother care, Dorothy Perkins, Mac, Next, American eagle out fitters, Jo-Malone London, Express, Bath andBodyWorks, Milano, COS, Missselfridge, Wallis, Payless, Coast, JackwillsUK, Starbucks, Cheese cake factory, Texas Road House, PF Chang’s, Peiwei, LPQ, Katsuya etc
