• Working with the students to monitor the class schedule.
• Revising lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
• Ensuring the classroom environment is safe and clean.
• Overseeing students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on-field excursions.
• Collaborating with Other teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
• Documenting student progress and communicating with parents to keep them informed.
• Attending all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
• encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• perform certain pastoral duties including student support, counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.

• Ensure the safety of the students at all times as per the safety procedures
• Monitor behavior of children during classroom activity and make reports on individual participation, learning, behavior and performance
• Assist the children in toileting, feeding and instruct them to adept hygienic practices
• Assist the special children during classroom and other activities and ensure that they actively participate in the activities
• Maintained records and reports of annual and bi-annual performance review
• Perform all other tasks assigned during the job period
• Ensure proper sitting, lifting and position of the students as per the therapist’s recommendation
• To imbibe and implement the motoric practices training, and applied the knowledge when assisting in therapy sessions and conducting motoric practices and in the areas of lifting, carrying and positioning.
