ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working for manufacturing critical composite parts for LCA-TEJAS aircraft.
- Evaluating the cycle time for all the process without any rejections.
- Production in right time, right quantity without affecting the quality.
- Individual layup of critical Finparts, circular duct top, trouser duct top, top skin center and other key components.
- Individual layup of HERMAS-900 UAV V-tails, bulkhead and engine bulk heads, covers, brackets and other fuselage parts.
- Process planning and set target depend on production flexibility.
- Demolding and tool preparation before production process.
- Maintain 5S and kaizen implementations.
- Excellent capable of identifying and solving problems.
