• To carry out planned electrical preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and diagnostic works and repairs ensuring maximum operational availability of equipment in a safe manner in compliance with the Work safety regulations and procedures as defined by the DP WORLD

• Breakdown maintenance of both ARMG and STS Cranes in a minimum time to ensure the maximum availability of equipment.

• Assisting Remote Control Stationand provide operational support to operation department for the smooth remote operation of equipment and maintaining proper communication with higher officials and break down Crews for taking the fast action against breakdown of fully automated STS and ARMG cranes and providing Software and Hardware related technical support

• Reporting to the supervisor and responsible for Carry out Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Emergency breakdown as team or individual according to the work situation demands.

• As a senior Entering the detailed log of all faults reported on the equipment with root cause and corrective actions taken on that fault in the Maximo.

• As a senior Planning daily maintenance activities and allocates material and manpower in accordance with the work in the absence of supervisor

• Troubleshooting,calibrations and monitoring of ABB Developed machines for AUTOMATED devices like Load Position Sensor (LPS), Target Position Sensor (TPS),Chasis position sensor and PTZ cameras for cranes

• Designing and installation of maintenance crane Inspection and Maintenance of spreader in workshop

• Checking and installing of fire alarm equipment as per the drawing and prepare Preventive Maintenance check.

• To ensure the quality of the assembled product

• Creating as-built drawing based on present

• Perform technical support tasks, including faults diagnosis

• Give instruction of installation equipment handling, team safety checking
