  • PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS: Conduct & facilitate performance appraisals on employees
  • Maintain a tracker of probationary employees and coordinate their schedule of appraisal with Line Managers
  • EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & HR COMMUNICATIONS: Serve as ‘point of contact' to interact and receive general inquiries from employees about HR or Administrative matters
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide post interview feedback
  • Send employee announcements such as, welcome notes, promotions, transfers, etc
  • INFORMATION SYSTEMS & EMPLOYEE RECORDS: Maintain trackers of on boarding employees, transfers, terminations or resignations
  • Following all employees' requirements, visa renewal, clearances, Inform all the employees with the latest update of the employees, New Joining, Going on Vacation, Coming back from vacation, resignation, termination & any new designation changes
  • HR RESEARCH & SURVEYS: Conduct research & data collection on salary remuneration or pay scale and other information of HR value.
