• Providing global support to C-CHECK MRO operations for Emirates fleet by managing the processing of serviceable parts as per the Material Planning's requirements.

• Goods Inwards:

Received and inspected incoming aircraft parts against airworthiness documentation (e.g., CoC, EASA Form 1), ensuring compliance with aviation regulatory standards.

• Binning:

Systematically bin-located aircraft parts using Ultramain, maintaining traceability, shelf-life monitoring, and quick retrieval for maintenance operations.

• MRO Support:

Coordinated timely issuance and return of aircraft components and consumables to support base and line maintenance activities, minimizing AOG situations.

• Main Stores:

Managed inventory of critical aircraft components in main stores, ensuring FIFO, proper segregation of serviceable/unserviceable parts, and adherence to aviation storage protocols.

• Line Maintenance Store:

Maintained 24/7 readiness of the line maintenance store with frequently used rotables and consumables, ensuring immediate support for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft tasks.

• 3rd Party Airline Support:

Provided end-to-end logistics and material support for third-party airlines, including parts dispatch, and returns management in compliance with contractual SLAs and regulatory standards.

• Issuing required materials to Emirates Line maintenance team and third party airlines.
• Actioning AOG/urgent requisitions to ensure timely fulfilment of the requirement.
• Delivering spares through mobile stores on site for critical requirements.
• Carrying out spot check of the inventory in order to control discrepancies.
• Carrying out all relevant transactions in ERP system (Ultramain).

• Outstation Stores Support:

Coordinated dispatch of serviceable aircraft components to Emirates outstation stores, ensuring timely replenishment in line with operational and maintenance requirements.

• Repair Order Processing & Shipping Invoice Preparation:

Processed repair orders and generated accurate shipping invoices for outgoing components, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory documentation.

• Dangerous Goods Handling (IATA DG Regulations):

Handled and prepared shipments containing Dangerous Goods in strict accordance with IATA DG regulations, including labeling, documentation, and packaging requirements.

• Track & Trace & Courier Communication:
