RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of Systems

• Support the implementation of Expo’s HSQE strategy and management arrangements, including development of site management and event safety standards in line with the overall business objectives of the organization;
• Implementing performance oriented management systems for the organization in line with international standards & company interests
• Liaising with General Manager & Board of Directors to develop and implement objectives & targets for the organization
• Assessing business & operational risks and ensuring its' proper management and treatment in order to eliminate/mitigate it's impact
• Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders ensuring compliance to management systems and project requirements

Operations & Project Management

• Budgeting - Assessing project requirements while developing operational budget by collaborating with finance division
• Planning - Assessing client requirements and cultivating plans to achieve them
• Controlling - Creating governance model adhering to company's policies and procedures thereby fulfilling client requirements
• Vendor Management - Pre-qualifying vendors, reviewing SLA's / PO's and re-examining vendor performance

Quality Assurance & Control:-

• Attending client meetings to asses & deliver their requirements and expectations
• Outlining reporting mechanisms and tools of data collection for management analysis
