Abu Dhabi Polymers Company Ltd., (“Borouge”) is a Joint Venture Company between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Borealis AG (BOREALIS). New Polyolefins Unit & Utilities Offsite built in the existing Borouge 4 Complex.

EPC Detail design for Utilities Offsite Project (Green Field).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deputy Lead Electrical Team for Utilities & Offsite Plant, Plan the project activities based on the Project schedule requirements.
• Review of various electrical equipment sizing calculations. Earthing , lighting, cable sizing, lightning protection system etc.
• Review of HV/ LV Single Line Diagrams, Equipment Layouts, Cable trench & routing layouts, Lighting Layouts, Earthing / Lightning Layouts, Interconnection Schedule, Electrical Tie-in lists, Etc.
• Specifications, Data Sheets, Bulk MTOs, Material Requisitions & TBEs, Vendor Drawing Reviews for Various Equipment.
• Coordinating work with different disciplines, attending all review meetings with client/PMC including E-HAZOP & model review, Prioritizing, and assigning work to engineers to support project schedule, Procurement Support Activities, Vendor Drawing Approvals.

Engineering site support for construction and commissioning activities, Review of material approval requests, resolve site technical queries, co-ordinate with vendor for issues identified during site execution, etc (Till date from Dec'2023 total 6 month).

Utilities, Offsites and Infrastructure Facilities of Amursky Gas Processing Plant (AGPP).

Phase III of the Al Dabb’iya field development involved an additional 73 MBOPD. New Processing facilities to handle the additional oil, gas and water production. Water and gas injection facilities & Central processing plant (CPP).

TECNIMONT & SAMSUNG joint venture (TSJ) contract consist of 2 units of PE 540,000 T/yr each,2 units of PP of 480,000 T/yr (PP3),428,000 T/yr (PP4) & product handling area.
