• Trained as per the requirements outlined by OSHAD-SF Code of Practice (Occupational Safety and Health Abu Dhabi System Frame work COP-15.0) to perform electrical works adhering to the safety norms set by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Authorized and assessed as a competent High voltage Senior Electrical Technician
• Authorized as High Voltage Issuing authority and performing electrical system maintenance, attending troubleshooting activities, issuing permits plant wide as per the LOTOV EPTW procedures
• Acting as a delegated shift supervisor in addressing the breakdowns activities from Operational management Centre during the shift and supporting for smooth operation of plant
• Making the availability of critical equipment and the schedule for maintenance and spares planning
• Preparation of shift logs as per the breakdown requests received from the refinery operational management centre
• Updating the job status in SAP and closing the work orders timely and preparation of shift logs
• As well as supervising and inspecting all maintenance actions, I was responsible for the teams tool control, insuring all tool were accounted for at the end of shift each day and upon completion of each maintenance action

• Adept in operation of the plant and preparedness for the commissioning of the plant
• Hands-on experience in Erecting and commissioning Transformers, and motors

As an Engineer

Process: Study of P&IDs, drives list, Lighting layout, Earthing layout and preparing required documents for commissioning like operation manual, commissioning plan etc, involvement in discussions for design changes for smooth operation, normal operation of motors

Erection: Tank ages, piping, ducts, stack, ESP & heavy equipment like pan filters, I.D. fan, compressors, vacuum pumps, centrifugal pumps, and agitators for utility packages for the 1.4MMTPA Alumina Refinery.

Operation: Adept in the operation of an Alumina refinery starting from the raw material to the finished product, analysis, troubleshooting and maintaining the process parameters, and knowledge of various operational equipment.

• Support the maintenance and avilablilty of diesel generators on site
• Supervising electrical-related wiring for office building and installation for site lighting
• Installation of transformer for power distribution on work site and its testing and maintenance
• Responsible for keeping an inventory of spareparts required during breakdown
