Project : X-One

X-One was a desktop based application which was handling different assets and features of Investment Banking like deal booking, recording, confirmation, settlements etc.

Features worked on : IRD, Forex.

• Involved in creating regression Test plan for project and have analyzed and identified critical regression tests.
• Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, Jira . Used Quality Center for creating and storing all test cases and test results.
• Involved in writing and reviewing of test cases.
• Was involved in defect reporting, defect tracking and defect reproducing using jira.
• Have reviewed and revised the test cases with necessary modifications after defect resolution.
• Attended all Agile methodologies and various Agile ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review and retrospective.
• Performed Regression testing and Functional Testing of Desktop Application.
• Executed regression test cases during monthly and weekly releases.
• Took ownership of modules for weekly and monthly execution and maintenance.
• Involved in testing features and functionalities of application.
• Tested the application using black box testing techniques like smoke testing, adhoc testing and exploratory testing.
