Do internal memos, document transmittal, business correspondence, reports, and letters to clients. Perform administration duties.
Effectively coordinate inter-department operations such as faxes-mails & letters as and when required on behalf of the
Director.
Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through account development.
Follow up with customers & clients on schedules and any additional requirement of transport.
Organize the daily trips and follow up on timely deliveries to customers.
Meeting with clients for further business development.
Arranging and follow up with PRO for staff visas, etc
