· Suggest and highlight erection difficulties.
· Value engineering of connection and material alert them for non-standard items or long lead time fabrications items like rolled item.
· Checking of model on X-Steel and Import SDNF files for modeling.
· Detailed Commercial Buildings including Schools, Hospitals, and Church.
· Detailing steel structural Ladder, Staircase, Handrail & Platforms
· Studying the Architectural & Structural Drawings
· Material Take off (MTO) if required.
· Create 3D models in X-steel and extract shop and construction drawings. Examine drawings and documents for any discrepancies against checklists and job order specifications.
· Modeling the Floor Plates, Stairs, Ladders and Miscellaneous Steel.
· Simplifying the Assemblies for easy erection and considering crane efficiency.
· Preparation of Shippers list and planning the material usage for minimum wastage
· Creating Complicated User Defined Connections.
· Creating or editing new TEMPLATE if required by the Client (BASIC LEVEL).
· Tuning the ADVANCED OPTIONS.
· Could write new settings in BATCH FILES and minimize the time and improve the quality of the drawing.
· Extract NC files for FICIP & CNC machines for the fabrication unit.
· Examine drawings and documents for any discrepancies against checklists and job order specifications.
