Estimation Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities

• Led and mentored 5 junior engineers, supporting estimation processes and team integration.
• Managed key clients across FM, hospitality, real estate, fit-out, contracting, and AMC services.
• Prepared quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and manpower planning based on drawings and specifications.
• Conducted site surveys and coordinated with field engineers to understand project requirements.
• Applied knowledge of Fire Life Safety systems in compliance with NFPA and UAE Civil Defence regulations.
• Coordinated with vendors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to obtain competitive pricing.
