• Responsible for overall site activities for various jobs by contractor agreement with work order or with lpo from the client
• Fabricating and erecting the same as per client ensuring to installation
• Follow up with procurement team on the project requirements and from production team for each activity at site
• Involving with QS for each works on various projects with site coordination and resolve any cost-related issues that arise during construction.
• Coordinating with project teams, controlling manpower, arranging material requirement for each job at site
• Executing for each job with subordinates, supervisors and foreman, ensuring all activity are in streamline at site
• Updating the site progress to management on daily and weekly basis
• Preparing Forecast plan for every month as per requirement and discussing with team and priority of client schedule for each jobs
• Coordinating with design team and engineering on all approved shop drawings for fabrication and site erection
• Raised productivity by streamlining communication processes within the team.
• Same for approval follow up with client
• Attending meeting and involving with client for site issues
• Including priorities and the sequence of work on the project
• Ensure project goals and objectives are integrated with the rest of the project
• Quality checking as per ITP approval with client requirement in each stage of inspection for fabrication and erection from MIR, WIR and final inspection report in site
• Coordinating with HSE on prior to start the activity at site to conduct safety meeting and for permits to work
• Coordinate numerous activities of both civil and structural among various engineers and sub contractors at site
• Close out and snag list preparation of QC inspection checking for all jobs at site with work completion
• Claiming for monthly billing and invoicing of work completion on each job at site
• Preparing variations and additional works reconciliation of structural bills from client
