• The OA/IFM Sr. Technical Engineer is responsible for assisting the Technical /Asst Manager in management of the technical operations of the assigned sites. These responsibilities include but are not limited to technical operations, site supervision, FM Service Provider management, general management, contractors, and all other entities who directly or indirectly contribute to the management and operations of the technical operations. Assist the Technical Manager/Asst. Manager with site technical issues and provide (technical reports, feedback) ideas/solutions to site issues which will enable smooth operation of the facilities. • Ensured consistent adherence to industry standards and best practices through diligent quality control measures.

v Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of MEP in IDAMA Facilities Management.

v As a Facilities engineer responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.

v Performing on analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements.

v Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets.

v Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.

v Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.

v Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation.

v Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.

v Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.

v Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.

v Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
