An experienced and enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about inclusion and strives to make sure children with SEND have the best provision and accommodation to reach their full potential. Victoria has 18 years teaching experience delivering high quality teaching and learning opportunities to children using a range of teaching and learning strategies needed to make a positive impact on the progress of her pupils.
With her calm, patient and caring manner, Victoria will make sure that each child feels safe and valued.
Her ultimate goal is for the the children in her care to feel happy, confident in their own abilities and are encouraged to approach any obstacles in their learning environment with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Right now Victoria is looking to join a forward thinking school which believes in nurturing talent and supporting their staff to learn and improve every step of the way
