Product Development Executive:

• Responsible for the Production scale-up of concepts from Product Development.
• Assist with development of new Product with the formulation and analytical Testing.
• Work focused on the development of all Syrup (Chocolate Syrup, Strawberry Syrup and Maple Syrup), Tomato ketchup, salads (Italian salads, Ranch salad, Ceaser salad, Thousand island salad and French salad), Mayonnaise, all flavored mayonnaise and Sauces (Hot Sauce, Pizza Sauce and Pasta Sauce). Responsible for carrying out taste tests for products. Organized and oversaw product stability.
• Responsible for project management, bench top experiments to analyze protein structural and functional properties, building up protein knowledge.
• Managed portfolio of research projects for production system including nutrition, genetic, quality and performance evaluations.
• Planning and designing research projects for product development independently coordinating pilot and plant trials, writing reports, proposal for working areas product development and scale up, sensory evaluation, analytic testing, statistics
• Responsible for the Production scale-up of concepts from Product Development.
• Conduct basic research and development of new products, maintain formulas for new products and revising existing formulas, create SOP for new products.
• Utilized pH meters, refractometers, water activity maters, fat analyzers, viscometers to analyst products formulation purposes, nutritional analysis, development specification sheets.
• Wrote product specifications for conformance and consistency QA storage and shelf-life studies.

Production Planner:

• Planning, control and monitoring of program production according to sales orders
• Develop Production plans for programs assigned, maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring production law
• Solve any material issues arising from receipt of material or in the manufacturing process and Develop Production plans and implement
• Environment monitoring, maintenance and hygiene
• Helping the organization maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders as to determine their needs.

• Responsible to develop strategic and creative new products for multiple concepts. Lead product development ideations for individual brand tastings.
• Develop and refine specifications for new and existing products.
• Responsible for resolution of technical issues that arise during the development, production, operational or performance based.
