• Plan and stock adequate spare parts to meet the area(s) maintenance needs•
• Make sure the Basic Maintenance procedures are followed while performing the maintenance.
• Periodically visit and check the site(s) to ensure the instructions/procedures,schedule and safety are properly and strictly followed.
• Closely monitor the man-hours spent against the workload and make sure it doesn't exceed the allotted budget.
• Coordinate with accounts section to advise the claim and to know the payments receipt for all maintenance contracts, spare parts orders etc., (inother words strictly adhere to the contract / P.O. conditions)
• Supervise the performance of field operations for all maintenance and service. Responsibility includes field education training,route control and scheduling, authorization of repair orders, quality assurance,safety, technical support, and expenditure of labor materials and other assets.
• Service repair will be planned as per the MBM findings.
• Closely monitor the operation KPI on daily basis with the help of supervisor tools.
