• PROJECT: Construction of Road and Infrastructure Works For Riyadh City Development Project.
• CLIENT: Aldar Projects.
• Our company is engaged in the construction of sewerage, stormwater, potable water pipeline networks, roads, and other infrastructure works as part of the Riyadh City Development Project.

1.PROJECT: Construction of diaphragm walls and bored cast-in-situ piles for Chennai Metro Rail Limited (UG 02 & CP08).

CLIENT: Chennai Metro Rail Ltd, NKAP Consortium.

2.PROJECT: Geotechnical Investigations and Remedial Action for Ground Improvement (SPT & PMT Tests, ECPT Test, Jet Grouting, Deep Soil Mix, Stone Column, Vibro and Dynamic Compaction).

CLIENT: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited.

In this project, we conducted geotechnical investigations to assess soil conditions and strengthen the Soil Strata. We executed various ground improvement techniques, including jet grouting, deep soil mixing, vibro-compaction, and dynamic compaction. For GHAVP Power Plant, Haryana.

3. PROJECT : Construction of Cutoff Wall for Polavaram Irrigation Project, Andhra Pradesh

• CLIENT: MEGHA Engineering & Infrastructure Limited & Water Resource Development.
• In this project, we are constructing a 2 km-long cut-off wall for a cofferdam, involving deep trenching operations using heavy machinery such as BAUER MC 128 and MC 96, reaching depths of up to 100 meters. The work includes excavation and backfilling with plastic concrete to ensure low permeability and structural flexibility. This cut-off wall is designed to control groundwater and ensure safe construction within the cofferdam area.
• Our company is involved in constructing Diaphragm walls for underground stations at Chetpet and Perambur, and bored piles for the viaduct metro under the CP08 project at Sholinganallur, Chennai. The hazardous aspects of this project include working in the middle of roads and congested areas, as well as performing heavy and tandem lifting for cage lowering and the erection of plant setups. Safety protocols are a top priority to mitigate risks, including effective traffic management, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and strict adherence to lifting safety procedures to ensure the well-being of all workers and minimize the risk of accidents.

• PROJECT: Construction of Viaduct and Metro Station.
• CLIENT: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Limited
• Our Company is Involved in the Construction of 10.927 km of Elevated Viaduct and nine elevated metro stations on the Yellow Line. The work includes execution of Pile Foundations, Pile caps, Piers, Pier caps, and Girder Erection as part of the Structural framework.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible For the implementation of HSE standards in the Assigned Workplace, And to Ensure Zero Accident Rates.
• Reporting all Accidents and Near Misses To implement Reactive Actions in order to Prevent their Recurrence. Proactive Actions are Taken for Works with High-Risk Factors.
• Coordinated with the Responsible personnel regarding the immediate correction of Hazardous Conditions.
• Supervising the operations regarding the proper conduct of the daily toolbox meetings. And Training the Workers About the Hazards and Prevention in day-to-day work.
• Undertook daily inspections in the area of responsibility to ensure implementation of HSE standards and adherence to the procedure set out in the Site HSE Plan, Group HSE Manual, and any other project specific requirement.
• Advising about the prevention of injury to personnel and damage to equipment and the control of pollution in the environment.
• Creating Risk Assessment for a Safe System of Work and Maintaining a Permit-to-Work System for High-Risk activities.
• Developed and implemented an Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPP) to ensure effective crisis management and safety protocols. Conducted regular mock drills to evaluate response times, team coordination, and emergency preparedness.
• Organising and conducting monthly HSE audits and safety committee meetings, as well as preparing monthly reports.
