• This degas bottles have two Variants HT and LT.
• This machine proven by with help of two YASKAWA Robots. And its payloads are 50 and 25 Kgs.
• This machine has three segments welding cooling and Leak test.
• Its increased productivity 50%.
• Reduce manpower 3 to 1.

2019/01­ - 2019/06 – Assembled machine for Automobile Connecting Rod Sorting by Weighing and variants to MAGAL TECH, CHENNAI.

• This machine has proven by with help of DENSO robot.
• LOAD CELL has been used to find weight of Connecting rods.
• And variants have been found by difference of connecting rod weights.
• This machine has less space to occupy and compatibility.

2019/08-2020/08 Assembled a machine for Pick and place Automation in Forging machines to IM AMIS, CHENNAI.

• This Machine has been inbuilt on Customer machine directly.
• Servo motors are main roles of this Automation. And we have had been use two servos for x and z axis.
• According to our customer Satisfaction, repeatly we have had been build this machine up to 5 nos.
• And this machine doesn’t need any man power to operate, and increase production.

2020/10-2021/06 we had built a Machine for oring insertation in vent caps for cars Batteries to AMARA RAJA BATTERIES, ANDHARA PRADESH, INDIA.

• This machine is belongs to one of the Automation type of rotary Type.
• Indexer and Pneumatic cylinders are best factors to operate this machine. And we had use both SMC and FESTO cylinders to this machine.
• And this machine has six stations. And these stations built on around indexer table.
• Its increase consistency of Production and reduce manpower 3 to 1.
• And it proven and met customer requirement.

2014/07-2015/01 Quality inspection (Ford consumer Product Audit)

• This is called Sample audit and take vehicle once per hour and inspected it.
• We found major Quality issues before went dealer point.

2015/02-2016-03 Production associate on Body shop Welding

• Spot Welding is t major source of to build vehicle body in ford India.
• Worked as welder in body shop and given quality and timingly to Next customer.
