Duties & Responsibility: -

• Design and draft in low voltage & high Voltage panel and switchgears as per the codes & standards
• Design the circuit breaker sizing, bus bar, earthing, relay control, capacitor, cable sizing, and circuit diagram
• Prepare various types of panels like SMDB, DB, ATS, MCC, VFD control, synchronizing, pump control, PCC, APFC panel on project based
• Supervise the commissioning of panels board, transformer, cable & electrical equipment in various project
• Coordinating with clients /consultants to understand the drawing and specification for designing of single line diagram, protection schemes, general arrangement, foundation and bill of materials LV switchgears panels
• Checking the quality & control, while selecting the each and every materials and brands used for panels boards and providing technical support to the sales, manufacturing and testing
• Analysis the equipment load consumption and scheduling load details with schematic diagram
• Handling design review with customer, engineer, prior to manufacturing and completing project on time
• Visiting the site inspection, under rule 63 & rule 45, for new & additional connection for certain organization and getting approval from electricity boards
• Review the inspection remarks and finalize the project
• Performed maintenance procedures and repairs on existing electrical products and systems.
