Currently employed with Etex Middle East (Etex Group Company) as Regional Business Development Manager AMEA, seeking senior leadership and management roll in business development, general management, international business and country management.
• Growth strategy "Profitable Growth" : Develop high level strategy for AMEA region based on mega trends and potential business areas.
• Growth strategy "Organization": Work closely with HR in defining future ready organization with trained, motivated and high delivery individuals.
• Growth strategy" Sustainability and Innovation": Make local to reduce carbon foot print - In coordination with operations, EHS and HR implement group initiatives and work on reducing carbon footprint for product delivered to market.
• Make in India: 360 degree responsibility for project from scoping and scaling to making product available to the market.
• Make in India: Identify potential toll manufacturers, vendors, engage with legal & statuary bodies associated with the project to ensure 100% compliance of Etex policies.
• Make in India: Lead team of internal and external stakeholders for technology transfer, HR, marketing and digital, legal and operations professionals along with CXO's of partner companies in establishing and ensuring full operational and delivery performance, through service level, manufacturing and supply agreements.
