Performed Qualitative Research using Ontology, Grounded Theory and Deep Learning in Medicine. Designed, implemented and evaluated new models such as Transformers, CNNs and LSTMS to solve problems in machine learning and NLP. Performed EDA, FE/E and built data pipelines to transform raw data to conform to assumptions of machine learning algorithms and built a smart solution to make critical predictions, automate reasoning and decisions in NCD/Diabetes using statistical analysis, machine learning and NLP.
