• Implemented Monthly and Quarterly management reporting pack and a Budgeting and Forecasting System for the group to be able to assess performance and variance analysis, along with a cost control environment and policy, reducing expenses and bringing up the net profit %.

• Implemented VAT and VAT processes - UAE 2018.

• Implemented a detailed cost allocation model that splits central costs across all business verticals and legal entities.

• Implemented an automated customer SOA system from SAGE X3, cutting off manual workflow and increasing accuracy by 100%, reducing DSO and faster AR collections.
