1 Secure analysis of daily, weekly, monthly production and rejection, breakdown data for increasing productivity and reducing rejection and power consumption

2 Check daily consumption of raw material, chemical, grinding and sweepage material as per standard consumption

3 Set the target for consuming daily consumable items for running machines

4 Prepare monthly Die /mandrel preventive maintennace report and make histroy of die mandrel and make new design of die mandrel as per pipes sizes requirements

5Handle shop floor manpower and prepared weeking manpower analyses data and send to senior management

6 Make schedule for prevetive maintenance of extruder machine, high speed mixer, chiller, cooling tower and scrap grinder and pulversor machine

7 Handle daily production plan, as per market requirement and plant resources

8 Handle extruder machine, wheel printing, pad printing, socket machine ,high speed heating and cooling mixer ,cooling tower ,chiller plant

9Prepare and set all chemical recipes and composition for all pipes

10 Prepare and make all data documents and records as per ISO standard (ISO 9001-2015 )

11 Screw/barrel loading, unloading, nitrating and repairing work and make monthly report of running screw / barrel for checking screw/barrel efficiency

12 Skill to handle fully touch screen type & PLC (HMI) type (92/28V & KTS-450) PVC &PPR (WHD-45) extruder machines

13Make schedule for routine training of new and semiskilled employee and give training as per efficiency data

14 Handle daily running machines product related trouble shooting and make running machines OEE

15We have calculated vaccancy listand and forward to HRdepartment and participate in interview for workman
