- Experienced in oil seals to dry gas seal conversions, electrification of turbine driven train, and Anti-Surge valve upgrades.
- Replacing entire compressor skids or just compressor casing with new compressors.
- Liaise with customers and EPC contractors to provide customized centrifugal compressor revamp and re-rate solutions based on future operating requirements.

- Performed techno-economic analysis of Solar Steam Methane (SMR) reforming with Carbon Capture for Hydrogen Production.
- Conventional SMR, Full Solar SMR and Solar & Biomass enabled hybrid SMR processes were compared in detail.
- ASPEN Plus was used to design a 28T/hour Steam Methane Reforming Plant. Sensitivity analysis was done to arrive at optimum pressures and temperatures for SMR process.
- ASPEN Hysys was used to model CO2 absorption system using MEA.
- Heat energy for SMR system was supplied using heliostat and central tower technology with liquid sulphur. A liquid sulphur phase map was created in ASPEN Plus to ensure stability of the liquid sulphur
- Technical Parameters Thermal efficiency, Methane Conversion, Energetic Upgrade Factor were calculated.
- Levelized Cost of Hydrogen, Levelized CAPEX, OPEX and Payback period was calculated and compared with other Hydrogen production technologies.
- Solar + Biomass Hybrid Steam Methane Reforming was found to be technically and commercially attractive.
