  • Digital Sales Lead for Mashreq NEOBiz and Business Banking - responsible for overall delivery of “digital sales budget” and the “digital acquisition target” for the NEOBiz and Business Banking.
  • Work in close coordination with Marketing, Product Managers, BIU, Risk & Controls, sales & fulfillment and other stakeholder units to deliver digital sales while maintaining business CPA targets.
  • Manage Top, Middle and Bottom of the acquisition Funnel:
  • Run monthly acquisition campaigns with Marketing on paid channels like Google and Social-Media under assigned Media Budgets.
  • Create customer offers and campaigns to support marketing effort.
  • Work with product owners to track customer drop off point during the digital journey.
  • Create and deploy customer acquisition strategy (like campaigns and offers) for customers lost during the journey. Continuously optimize (A/B Testing) the digital journey for minimizing drop-offs.
  • Ensure conversion rates across the funnels are met and aim for aspirational conversion rates.
  • Work closely with BIU to track end to end conversion rates by point of lead origination and campaign codes.
  • Tracking and reporting performance parameters like – Impressions, Clicks, Leads, CPL, CPC and CPA by using tools like Google Analytics, FB Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics and internal tools like Power BI, etc.
  • Ensure all Marketing spends, and efforts are tracked, recorded, reported, and analyzed for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with the SEO Agency and Marketing to improve organic traffic, improve CTR, higher website ranking for the relevant keywords and reduce bounce rate from the website.
  • Digital Engagement Lead for Mashreq NEOBiz and Business Banking - August 2022 till date.
  • Proficient on managing Engagement and communication tools and software’s like CDP Platform, Moengage Platform and SAS for sending out Push Notifications, In-App, In-Web, EDMs, SMSs, etc.
  • Running weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Digital Campaigns for NTB and ETB for maximizing digital adoption rates among new and existing customers.
  • Executing ad-hoc campaigns for regulatory, informational, downtime, etc. communication for NEOBiz and Business Banking customers.
  • Portfolio Management of existing customers by running incentive based Quarterly Campaigns to increase deposits, Fund Transfers, Digital Adoption, Transactions, Debit/Credit Cards Usage, Bill Payments, etc.
  • 90 Days Engagement Campaigns for New to Bank Customers to manage their customer life cycle post onboarding by making them profitable for the Bank.
