• Prepare technical and commercial comparison of suppliers/ sub contractor's offers.
• Negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Working of erection costs for in-house works.
• Prepare technical data sheets.
• Co-ordinate with other discipline Engineers for compiling tender submission package.
• Prepare list of equipment, skilled and unskilled manpower requirements and assist planning Engineer in preparing manpower histogram, project schedule etc.
• Manage pre tender and post tender discussions / clarification with clients / sub-contractors
• Provide support in developing and arranging presentations to clients for Proposals and Pre-qualifications
• Preparation of technical writeups for technical bid
• Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid for Tender Submission
