- Preparing cost reports on monthly and daily basis.

- Conducting inventories in main stores and outlets.

- Conducting spot checks.

- Coordinating with executive chef and F&B manager for pricing and purchasing

- Creating items both in materials controlling and POS software.

- Controlling the wastage and spoilage.

- Suggesting selling prices.

- Creation of recipes in system and performing costing.

- Controlling general expenses of the outlets

- Coordinate alcohol purchase of leased and own outlets.

- Support finance department in all aspects with in the limit of a cost controller.

- Monitor the receiving done by the the receiving department.

- Assist cost controller in preparing cost reports on monthly and daily basis.

- Monitor the purchase request and create LPO after enough approvals.

- Send LPOs to the suppliers and doing follow up with them.

- Handle cash purchases.

- Find suppliers for the new items.

- Monitor the market and negotiate prices with the vendors.

- Update the upcoming payment dues to Finance department and coordinate with payments.

- Receiving and issuing of goods from stores according to approved requests.

- Transfer the goods from stores to the concerned outlets in system.

- Maintain stock as per the requirement.

- Follow all HACCP and municipality guidelines in all store procedures.

- maintain the inventory of the stores.
