- To Monitor, control & support achievement of JA Carbon Green Mill & Baking Kiln Maintenance Cost <= USD 4.023 Million, JA Rodding Maintenance Cost <= USD 2.662 million.
- To Support the inventory optimization efforts of JA Carbon Smelter Maintenance to achieve inventory budget of <=USD 15.14 million.
- Ensure critical equipment operation availability >= 96% to ensure the production target or achieved through reliability improvement.
- Monitor and Report Area wise PM & PdM compliance and noncompliance with recommendations and action needed.
- Monitor, Analyse & Report Critical Equipment KPIs - OEE, MTTR, MTBR & Reliability. Identify the Areas for improvement and discus the same with Maintenance Areas for implementation
- Monitor breakdowns and unplanned corrective work orders, cost, downtime etc. of Area wise equipment on regular basis, share the findings with Area Team, and work with Area Team to identify bad actors and root cause of repetitive failures.
- Identification of Equipment / Process for RCM study with support from Area
- Carry out yearly Area wise analysis of Maint Cost and interventions to identify high Cost, Low Reliability Functional Locations and cover them under RCM projects to improve their reliability & reduce maintenance cost.
- Analyze & issue Area wise monthly Reliability Report, identify candidate for RCMs/RCAs /PMO/FMEAs & carry out /conduct the required analysis and address the root cause issues causing breakdowns to control Bd Hrs. <= 5% and reduce maintenance cost.
- Carry out RCM - 4 numbers /Year, FMEA - 2 numbers /Year based on requirement from Area Maintenance, PMO - (5% of Top (A & B Critical equipment functional location based on the total maintenance cost).
- Reconfiguration of PM/Pd.M. schedule of critical equipment’s, Compliance will be updated in the SAP.
- To Identify critical spares as well as maintenance activities and procedure by applying the RCM techniques.
