• Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of ( VERMAAT TECHNICS ) AUTOMATIC WELDING SYSTEM's BCC, BUG, BRC, Wire Feeder, Welding Torch, Water Cooler and Welding Machines.
• Installation and Maintenance of Lincoln Welding Machine Power Wave S500, S350, STT welding system and Miller XMT 450 and 500 welding Machines
• Calibration of BCC's and Wirefeeders using test equipments with both Lincoln and Miller Machines
• Vermaat Wave viewer analysis for Pulse welding
• Assisted in developing Weldsets and Passfiles
• Installation, Maintenance,Fault finding and Repairing of Electronics and Communication Equipments.
• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports, Commissioning Reports, Calibration Reports and Maintenance Schedule
