Key Deliverables:

• Conducting training as per client requirements to all employees.
• Conducting Investigation and immediately, reporting accidents or dangerous occurrences recommending means of preventing recurrence.
• To coordinate with Client Safety management team, Liaison with contractors at times of joint responsibilities.
• Reviewing of HSE Plan, method statements and risk assessments, participating on HSE high profile tour, progress meetings, Safety meetings etc.
• Formulating Safety Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ensuring Environment, Health & Safety.
• Generating & maintaining HSE documentations (Safety Audit & Periodical Audit) , incident reports and follow up documents, witnessing, training & monitoring Toolbox Talk.
• Ensuring workplaces compliance to health and safety legislation by carrying out daily site safety inspection, safety audit and various training / induction programs.
• Identifying critical parameters and processes which are hazardous in nature; undertaking steps for curtailing emergencies / associated risks and ensuring greenery.
• Charting out several safety measures for minimising occurrence of accidents, fires, calamities; conducting investigations for determining basic cause of accidents.
• Conducting Risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis & Job Hazard Analysis for various activities and implementing its scope while executing them.
• Carrying out inspections for equipment's and permit to work along with attached documents at site prior to starts work.
• Preparing & maintaining various reports including the results of inspections and investigations.
• Advising employees about safe and healthy work practices and ensuring safety of supervisors.
• Implementation of PTW Systems, Site Safety Policies including sub-contractors as per clients HSE Policy,Confined space entry regulations and emergency evacuation procedures,Safety Rules while carrying out heavy lifting, Erection, Men & Material Transportation,Environmental & Pollution Control Procedures at site.
• Monitoring the vehicles movement engaged in construction activities, Road Signals, Traffic and Security Personnel.
• Responsible in maintaining a register for all the accidents and near misses that happen during the Project, publicise these statistics and update in a daily manner .
• Ensure a positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standards are complied with continual improvements.
• Reports administratively to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager.
• Performs a primary function of managing the overall implementation of the client-approved specific Safety / Loss Prevention Program on the project, checks and ensures compliance of Project requirements
