- Dealing with HPE-Technology Services consulting business (GreenLake), Reviewing the OBR (Opportunity Business Review) approval and supporting documents to evaluate the Order booking requirements and highlight to Sales/Business as applicable
- Interacting with various levels for business transactions to appear in the HPE books of accounts, like Account Support Managers, finance managers, Project managers, etc.
- Maintain project files per the business control and record retention policies.
- Managed sold-to-party and ship-to-party customer master data and created sales orders.
- Booking the sales deal in the books of account with all compliance and with correct financial analysis on a timely basis.
- Responsible for all order management activities (Project creation, WBS change, Invoice, PR and Purchase order creation Tracking the progress of the service and deliverables to get acceptance from the customer)
- Placing the purchase order with a third-party vendor for products and services.
- Invoicing: Based on customer acceptance, we need to bill the customer by raising the invoice from the system.
- Invoicing is based on the metering report for metered customers and as per the agreement in the SOW for fixed customers.
- Resolve disputes in a timely fashion, (DRS) management in partnership with the credit collection team
- Usage of VSM Methodology Monitors & improves data quality, including SFDC data quality, and COMPASS Data Quality.
- Once the service and deliverables are completed, and revenue and cost are fully met as planned, we can close the account from the HPE books of account with possible checks at month-end and quarter-end order bookings.
TMS and POD Management
