· Handled the Entire Execution of Boiler Pressure parts.

· Prepare weld map of isometric drawings and material check of completed pipes and tubes.

· Manage all packages from design engineering stage until material delivery including primary/secondary structures, gas ducting, plant-wide piping and process pipelines, stacks, filtering equipment, equipment installation, insulation & cladding in line with client requirements.

· Collaborate with the design team in reviewing and approving detail engineering submission for subcontractors.

· Provide technical support to meet the performance guarantees and successfully complete the performance and reliability test of the units.

· Preparation of permit to work which includes J.S.A, method statement, risk assessment, and executes properly by conducting tool box briefing before work start

· Conduct pre-inspections, project progress monitoring, progress claims review and approval.

· Liaise with the Construction Manager and the design office in addressing all field design changes.

· Provide commissioning support including Air Load Test, Chemical cleaning, Firing, steam blowing, along with operational support including synchronization.

· Monitored erection of Otis elevator for five units.

· Erection and inspected load test of lifting hoist.

· Ensure proper resource allocation for simultaneous execution of unit at various stages of completion.

· Address non-conformances, by participating in investigations to determine root causes.

· Erection & Alignment of back pass bottom ring header.

· Alignment of Furnace box up.

· Support & Hangers Erection as per the Expansions given in the Drawings.

· Erection, Alignment & Commissioning Assistance of wind box burners.

· Preparation of permits for activities to be performed on commissioning and/ or construction.

· Track and report progress to highlight the critical path and assist in making key decisions to meet milestones.

· Review and comment on MSRA for erection and commissioning activities to adequately forecast site progress.

· Work within Permit to Work system to ensure site safety compliance.

· Issue site non-conformance reports to address quality issues.

· Site mobilization, managing of site Labour, vendor development for site Material Requirements.

· Commissioning support with client for initial lubrication of soot blowers, wall blowers, scanner and seal air fan gear box alignment, H w l isolation valve trouble shooting, wind box burner fuel oil gun lubrication, washer replacement and installation, All duct damper inspection and rectification.

· Cold value and hot value setting of hanger as per the drawing documents

· Erection of various site routing as per the P&ID

· Alignment of Furnace box up.

· Execution and participation in commissioning activities like Furnace Air Leakage Test, Hydraulic

Testing of Boiler pressure parts, Boiler Chemical Cleaning, Coal firing, Steam blowing,

and other related activities for earliest synchronization of the unit.

· Erection Of all headers such as super heater platen and finish headers, Re heater headers, divisional headers, Front pass and Back pass outlet and inlet headers, Economizer outlet and inlet headers and intermediate headers, LTRH outlet and inlet headers. Link pipes, Riser pipes, supply tubes, roof enclosures, Rear arch assembly ,Wind box burners, sofa burners, soot blowers, wall blowers, buck stays and its attachments, corner links, cold re heater pipes, Hot re heater pipes, main steam line, start-up system pipes, Economizer mixing lines, coal pipes, service water, service air, fuel oil, ash hopper etc.

· Co-ordination with client for planning and schedule, Progress monitoring and Material Management.

· Inspection of the job at all stages & preparing report for the corresponding job.

· Experience in managing daily activities like material requisition, vendor document and follow up and coordination with other engineering discipline.

· Pre assembly of Water wall panels with buck stays & various supports and fixing of their position.

· Erection of Hydraulic jack strand for lifting all pressure parts heavy assemblies as per the drawing.

· Effectively communicate and assist in implementation of quality dispositions to address deviations.

· Conduct discussions and resolve commercial and administrative disputes with EPC

· Review the test package and witnessing the hydro test, pneumatic test, service test, and flushing as per applicable codes and procedures

· Perform warranty coverage for the units and work with home office to close out warranty issues.

· Track and report progress to highlight the critical path and assist sub-contractors in making key decisions regarding resource allocation on site to meet milestones.

· Investigate and report technical inquiries to home office to address issues on site.

· Successfully completed erection & Alignment of Cold PA, Hot PA, Cold SA, Hot SA, Economizer to Aph gas Duct and A p h to Esp. I/L Duct, Esp. O/L to ID Fan Duct, ID Fan to Chimney Duct Burner and Nozzle Ducts.

· Support & Hangers Erection as per the Expansions given in the Drawings.

· Supporting to Overhaul the passing valves.

· Communicate issue resolutions at site during the construction/erection of the unit.

· Record and issue non-conformance reports and implement disposition to address non-conformities.

· Monitor and report on site progress for various systems

· Assist to investigate and resolve material supply issues.

· To review construction drawings in advance for smooth work Execution.

· Excellent Reading of Engineering Drawings.

· Inspection of the job at all stages & preparing report for the corresponding job.

· Monthly planning of resources, breakup of target and Execution of jobs

· Finding constraints of Target.

· Coordination with Contractors & Clients.
