Part of Global Service Provider (GSP) team, handling contract logistics operations across AMEA region and supervising vendors in different countries on the business. Below is a brief of some of the key responsibilities I have been involved in:

• Supervision of over 6 countries across Middle East and Africa regions, to support smooth flow of supply chain operations for reputed networking based client and ensure that customer requirements are met with highest priority.
• Assisting on-ground team with required information for shipments (both import and export) which can be held at any transit facilities/customs. Inform client’s Trade team about potential disruptions that can arise for such shipments which are delayed in transit and request for assistance on complex shipments that requires technical detailing.
• Facilitate training to on-ground members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of business. Make sure all members are fully trained and aware of process and if required, provide refresher trainings so that members are fully aware.
• Leading projects that involves stock transition from one vendor to another, through on-site visit. Duly updating management team and client on progress of transition and make sure all discrepancies are resolved before completion of project.
• Analyzing performance of each countries on quarterly basis. Involve with ground team to analyze key operational problems, analyzed through this reports and take corrective measures, accordingly.

Handling 3PL operations for a specific set of clients and acting as the lead contact person between the client and company. Below are some of my key responsibilities I have been involved in:

• Ensure all inbound shipments are received accordingly with complete set of paperwork’s. Process shipments on WMS system and generate GRNs accordingly. Items to be handed over to warehouse associates along with GRNs, to dedicated locations.
• Preparation of shipping documents for outbound process and cross-check physically accuracy of packing parts by associates, so that no discrepancies are involved in shipment. Process export BOE for local shipments through Mirsal II, if requested by customer.
• Ensuring inventory is maintained accurately by conducting random checks on physical locations along with system stock report. Involving with clients and resolving discrepancies once inventory cycle count is initiated by client.
• Preparation of billing files for completed shipment (both inbound and outbound), for accounts purpose.
• In absence of team leader, ensure warehouse operations are carried out smoothly and work is distributed among warehouse associates on basis of priority of orders.
