• Ensure that all mechanical construction works are carried out in accordance with client standard and procedure as well as specifications.
• Mechanical completion final walkthrough punch lists items close outs work activities as client representative.
• Follow up corrective action and non-conformance including verification.
• Preparation of stage inspection reports as per ITP.
• QA/QC (QUALITY) Dossier Preparation.

Project : Salalah Ammonia Plant – Oman

Mechanical-Experienced on construction Static, Rotating, Steel structure inspection and control of all activities related to installation.

• Material incoming inspection - Verify nameplate data/equipment tags in accordance with vendor data ,MTR along with specification requirements and Drawings.
• Inspect and recorded Installation, Location, Setting, Preliminary Alignment and Final Alignment of Static & Rotating as per ITP and vendor criteria.
• Correct installation of trays, demister pad, distributor trays, structured packing, bed limiters, packed bed, filling of rasching rings, sparge & down pipes, chimney trays as per drawing.
• Verification of piping to equipment nozzles installed with correct parallelism/bolts/gaskets.
• Assist motor solo run during pre-commissioning.
• Ensure that all mechanical construction works are carried out in accordance with client standard and procedure as well as specifications.
• Inspection of Rotary Equipment’s Alignment as per API 686 & 610and Manufacturer recommended tolerance.
• Inspection of Static Equipment’s Alignment along with as per ASME Section-V111 and Manufacturer recommended tolerance.
• Carrying out the day to day inspection of various steel structures erection activities.
• Ensuring bolting inspection and alignment inspection as per standard & specification.
• Inspect GRE / GRP pipes and fittings lamination and bonding works on site. ( Approved inspector From Sarplast Qatar)
• Perform cathodic protection inspection Ground level piping.
• Witness Equipment's Basement Grouting and Duct bank pre casting as well as verified with civil test reports.
