Shall assume the responsibilities of the stores supervisor during his/her absence. Assist the stores supervisor in achieving their responsibilities. Shall act as stores assistant during normal operations

i. Receiving of parts ii. Raising of Goods Received Note (GRN)

iii. Binning of parts iv. Issue of parts as required for aircraft and workshop jobs

v. Receiving of unserviceable parts

vi. Sending parts for repair

vii. Raising repair orders, purchase orders

viii. Maintaining of oil store

ix. Monitoring the shelf life of stored parts

x. Monitoring the tool calibration dates

xi. Timely removal of shelf-life expired items

xii. Issuance of tools

xiii. Proper filing of documents

xiv. Import, export and shipments and custom clearance

xv. Scrap/discard unserviceable items

xvi. Accounting for all invoices

xvii. Generating different types of reports as required
