As a Strategic HR & OD Consultant, I partner with the client organizations in solving their business problems through various interventions – Systems, processes and behavior. My current role requires me to work with the Leadership of an organization (CEOs, and two levels below) on all these interventions and hence a strong understanding of the business, industry and other dynamics at play is demonstrated.
