Project: BRRI Pipeline Replacement Project – bidding, schedule development, fabrication, testing, and load-out of risers, subsea pipeline spools, and structural components.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities and ensure all project work is executed safely.
• Reviewing the 4 weeks, look ahead with all discipline project supervisors and production team and taking necessary action to meet the schedule.
• Prepare project specific procedures, fabrication execution plan and method statements for structural and piping fabrication & installation works according to company standards and principles.
• Reviewing of constructability and IDC drawings.
• Prepare construction 'work-pack norms' and allocate work-packs for fabrication and construction activities in line with schedule requirements.
• Attending weekly Project meeting and Engineering/Procurement interface meetings.
• Liaise with PM and CM with reference to project production issues.
• Coordinating with pipe shop, Fabrication shop and Fabrication pads to ensure fabrication on-going at above locations as per schedule.
• Coordinating with supervisors for solving various technical issues at site/shops etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepared project specific procedures and method statements for piping fabrication & installation works according to company standards.
• Review/ interpret design drawings for constructability and interfaced with design team and construction team to develop the optimum piping design required for construction.
• Provide clarification of drawings, specifications, and other technical documents as necessary to support Construction.
• Liaise closely with project managers, planning and production team to schedule and execute all the work related to the project.
• Performed field walk downs and inspections to review work for conformance with design requirements, applicable codes/standards, and project procedures.
• Support the Piping Supervisor and foreman in resolving issues related to applicable piping fabrication and installation activities.

• Used AutoCAD and Tribon software to produce high-quality designs, drawings and layouts to project specifications.
• Constantly met compliance targets by testing, validating and documenting designs to global industry standards.
• Minimized risk of error by accurately creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM).
