• Attending monthly meeting with other Clinic Managers, OM & AVP
of the organization for implementing new strategies to improve
business and meet the goals.
• Supervision of front desk operations and handling all customer queries.
• Conducting medical camps as part of marketing and creating awareness.
• Sending daily clinic performance report to Unit in Charge, OM & Accounts Dept.
• Approaching Doctors on regular basis enquire their requirements and inform management
updates.
• Promote Aster Health packages by giving proper information about investigations and
consultation to patients.
• Networking with potential customers and keeping a strong customer database.
