- Integrate with Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure BOMs are correct for parts needed for assembly and establishing SOP’s to maintain operational Bills of materials and Routings
- Introducing process improvement initiatives to Operations and Supply Planning which help to enhance efficiencies, reduce operating costs, and increase inventory accuracy
- Establishing policies and procedures for update and maintain database in ERP and Planning systems
- Submission of MIS reports to finance and management on available capacity, material and resource cost against executed work orders, raw material requirements
- Responsible for creation of standard costs, Manufacturing Bill of Material and Routing for all new products that has to manufactured
- Liaison with Lean COE for organizing and overseeing assignments to drive operational excellence, Minimize or eliminate wastes in operations and supply planning processes
- Integrate with Central IT to implement, improve and maintain developments in ERP to enhance overall system efficiency
