Ground Operation in-charge

• Ensuring the daily overall ground operations smoothly without compromising safety and security.Monitoring and Evaluating the Airport Service Team and GHAs’ performance according to the KPI, OTP, OTT, SOP and SLA.
• Conducting regular pre flight and post flight briefing for sharing information and experiences with corrective and preventive actions based on operational challenges.
• Supervise for Customer Services at check in desks, boarding gate and Ramp Services at sorting area and ramp site.
• Building and maintaining the strong communications between GSED, Load Control, Flight Operations, Engineering, Lost and Found, FIDS, AOCC and other relevant departments such as Airport Police Force, Immigration, Customs and Quarantines.
• Conducting Flight Irregularity Handling and Emergency Handling Table Talk for Every 3 months.

Administrative Function

• Ensure the handling of station petty cash and airport counter sales. Prepare and assisting station manager for annual station budget.
• Demonstrating the Stock controlling procedures and minimal wastage.
• Plan Duty Roster and assign the Airport Service Team and trained GHAs staff for Check in counter, boarding gate and turnaround coordinator with flight basis.
• Updating and distributing Local Emergency Response Manuals, other operation manuals, IIB, directives and internal memo to the relevant parties from times to times.

Liaison Officer

• Performing as selected liaison officer for IATA Auditors , Malaysia DCA , Myanmar DCA and Other Relevant Authorities.
• Participating as the active members of Airport Facility Committee, Airport Safety and Security Committee and Representative for International Airlines.

Auditor

• Performing Station Safety and Security Oversight Audits Quarterly.
• Acting as Audit Coordinator for Airport Audits, Local DCA Audits, Malaysia DCA Audits and ICAO Audit.

Certified Trainer

• Conducting SMS, ERP Training, RAMP Handling Training, Passenger Services, BTS, DCS and Passengers Profiling Training to Airport Service Teams and GHAs.
• Perform as Co-Trainer for Handling of distributive and unruly passenger with INTERPOL and Myanmar Police Force.

Station Set-Up and Station Representative

• Setting Up new stations at Mandalay and NayPyiTaw International Airport, well performed as Stations Representative.

• CEO Office and Administrative Function for manufacturing, sales and distribution and marketing.
• Performing as focal contact with UMEHL officials.

• Read pre-scripted bulletins and prompts to deliver accurate news within allotted times.
• Coordinate news coverage activities, including shooting plans and liaison with Government Body for updated News .
