KEY RESPONCIBILITIES :

• Implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans per standards
• Review of all QA/QC documents like Method of statement ,ITP's ,Material submittals ,tests reports ,Non compliance reports, site instructions ,Site observation reports
• Conduct site inspection to verify compliance with building codes as per specifications
• Coordinate with testing laboratories for material certification and test reports
• Document non-conformances (NCR) and track corrective actions (CCA) Correctively and Corrective action.
• Audit subcontractors for quality compliance
• Verify as-built documentation accuracy
• Maintain quality control records and reports
• Ensure compliance with DEWA AND SEWA requirements for utility connections
• Monitor material handling and installation quality
• Perform concrete quality control inspections
• Oversee MEP installation quality and testing Also coordinate with MEP team for MEP clearance before Casting Concrete anywhere in building
• Closing Site instructions and Site Observation reports
• Delivered training programs for staff to promote best practices in QAQC Engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIRES :

• Review of submittals like Method statement ,ITP (Inspection test plans) ,material submittals ,test reports also closure of site instruction ,SOR, NCRs with proper CCA
• preparing monthly reports ,QA/QC dashboard ,Conducting site quality walk and prepare KPI's
• Rising NCR ,Site instructions where activities deviated from specifications and standards
• Preparing audit reports weekly bases and submitted to senior/Manager
• Preparing Lesson leaned of different activities on weekly/monthly bases
• Maintaining of QA/QC documents record including Calibration certificate ,test reports ,cube register ,concrete pouring card, inspection requests, NCR and SOR/SI
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Inspection of various structural elements at distinctive stages of the execution of the work like structural, architectural, façade and interior finishes etc.
• Monitoring and conducting the onsite and offsite tests for concrete, soil, tiles, plastering etc.
• Preparation of Method statement for each individual activity of the project as adhering to the quality of the workmanship and specifications.
• Monitor and inspect the work at site to ensure structural soundness, safety measures and quality control compliance.
• Checking of concrete for Slump test and making of cubes for Compressive strength and durability.
• Evaluate and solve site technical issues and provide assistance to other inspectors.
• Performing Material Inspection to ensure that only approved materials are used at site.
• Maintaining log for all the test reports received from the Laboratory.
• Collaborate with contractors/subcontractor to resolve any obstructions or clashes.
• Maintain detailed records of project activities, inspections, and reports.
• Verify the accuracy of measurements and quantities of materials used
• Coordinating with approved third party laboratories for testing as per specifications.
• Investigate and follow up on identifying the root cause of SOR and NCRs.
• Prepare NCRs/SORs to Subcontractor if the work is not done as per specifications.
• Coordinating with MEP team for clearances before proceeding for next activity.
• Assist in scheduling task etc. with other Team members.
• Expert in transportation Engineering and have good knowledge in VISSIM software for controlling the congestion of traffic.
• Maintaining the record and Log of calibration certificates for all type of instruments used at site.
• Conducted basic structural analysis and compiled data for feasibility studies, identifying potential design improvements.
• Identify quality related problems, recommend corrective actions and verified the implementation of these actions to ensure resolution.
• Preparation of Work Inspection Request as per approved ITP for the completed work that require consultant approval and informing construction team for the status of inspection.
