DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare Preventive maintenance documents, Corrective maintenance documents and other documents related to the biomedical department.
· Communicate with the supplier and end user for follow-up.
· Check the documentation of the installation and commissioning of biomedical equipment’s.
· Check and maintain the policy and procedure folder and files
· Maintain the medical gas room and order the gas required for the facility
· Maintain and Check the Alarm system of the medical equipment.
· Prepare the IPR, petty cash request and follow up for the LPO and delivery.
· Maintain the inventory of spare parts and office supplies
· assist Biomedical Engineer for trouble shooting and onsite visit.
· Prepares and enter data in logs, reports, form and equipment records about inspections, repairs and equipment condition and operation.
· Coordinating with other department if need support
· Provide support to other branches if they required.
· Making the KPI.
· Organize the biomedical files and folder physical or on computer.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify the associated risk in their work area which in line also with their job description and to eliminate where possible, if not by applying control measure.
· Familiarize themselves, understand, Co-operate and comply with Fakih IVF OSH policies, procedures with respect to any instructions and/or actions taken by the management to protect the employees and/or comply with OSH requirements which are relevant to their workplace.
· Understand the centers emergency preparedness procedure and follow the procedure during emergency situations
· Report to their immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present a hazard and which they cannot themselves correct.
· Make proper use of all safety devices and PPE provided and ensure they are maintained in proper working order.
· Attend applicable OSH training that is required
· Actively participate in consultation and communication of OSH matters
· Report all OSH incidents and work-related injuries
· Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything e.g. safety signage, protective barriers etc. provided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety and welfare.
